General Info

Marks/scars/tattoos: Noooope, he is exceptionally unremarkable, except his shiny shiny head
Anything else: His costume is a yellow jump suit with red gloves and boots and a white cape. It's actually pretty dorky looking while not being too note-worthy.

Fourthwalling: Sure, he might be weirded out but won't care in the end.
Offensive subjects: Nah, I'm hard to rile up. I'll let you know if a line is crossed, but you probably never will. Similarly, don't be afraid to tell me to not talk about something in particular.

Hugging my character: Sure, but he will be weirded out and/or just slightly pat you back, unless you're a super good pal. Or yell if you're gross or annoying.
Kissing: Sure, but he will probably hate it and you.
Flirting: By all means. But he might be oblivious that that's what you're trying to do.
Fighting: I'm open to it, but, well, see below. Most people he would be able to beat with just a smack, I'm afraid, but if you want him to humour your character and give them a bit of a fun work out he can do that. If you think your character could be a match in strength to him, again, see below and get in touch if you want!
Killing this character: I'm just going to say no here, if there's a plot I feel would be good for him to somehow be killed I will get in touch with that person.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, if you hint in your tags that's happening I'll drop clues in the narration/action brackets for your character to pick up on. If you're fishing for something in particular, drop me a note.

Regarding his powers
In canon he is unbeatable, and it's important to his character to be so, so for the most part he is the same in MoM. To learn how it is important to his character you can read his app, but basically, because he's so strong nothing presents itself as a challenge and he sinks into an existential-crisis and depression, etc etc. You can read about his powers here, but he is basically super strong and impervious to most harm. HOWEVER, for the sake of the game, there is a possibility he can meet his match, or maybe even be outmatched (for example: he's very fast but he hasn't been shown to be faster than a super hero like the Flash would be, so I will assume he isn't that fast), AND there are other ways to thwart him!
Below I list some of the ways he can be thwarted, however, it is by no means a comprehensive list, this is just what I came up with while perusing a wikipedia list of super powers. If you want to ask about if something your character can do can affect him, then ask away! I'm more than open to discuss things and hash things out.

- SUFFOCATION/PRESSURE: In one issue, he is kicked to the moon by an enemy and he jumps back to Earth, perfectly fine by this journey, however, he is shown to be affected by the lack of air and holds his breath. Thus, he could be suffocated or drowned. It's also possible for a normal person to survive in the vacuum of space for 10-15 seconds, which was within the time he was there, so it's safe to assume he wouldn't be able to survive out there for much longer than that nor under any sort of high pressure (like the deep sea).
- MAGIC: There hasn't been magic shown in his canon yet, so there is a chance for getting one up on him via this. Things like fire balls or lightning bolts will do nothing if it's not, like, crazy good, but other magical spells could mess things up. Unbreakable bonds, time magic, teleportation, the dreaded Harry Potter spell of spitting up slugs, casting a darkness spell and he can't see, sticking him to the ground...
In fact, let's use some of the above as just regular super powers that someone might have that can affect him... - TIME: He can't do nothing against time, so if someone has time powers to freeze someone in time or what have you, he'd be affected.
- TELEPORTATION: He can be teleported as easily as anyone else, and although he's fast, running half way across the world could wear him out plus he wouldn't how the hell to even get back in the first place. Even on a smaller scale, sending him to a strange city he would probably be baffled enough to be late to a fight.
And on the other side of this power, if someone can teleport themselves, they could easily escape him. - REGENERATION: If someone is able to regenerate from wounds quickly and the power doesn't wear out, they could most likely survive punches from him. Boros, an alien with regeneration powers, reforms after Saitama's first barrage of punches, but it seems Boros' stamina wore out and he couldn't regenerate again so he perished.
- TRANSFORMATION: Want to turn him into a bald kangaroo? Why the hell not.
- INTANGIBILITY: If your character can be intangible then he can't punch them, right?
